1-1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. mashed bananas

Glaze:
1-3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsp. orange juice
Mix above ingredients well. Pour into tube pan. Batter will be thick. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Glaze pours over cake when cool.
Cake should be kept cool. Takes nicely to homemade ice cream.
